The Highland of the Sun and good taste
Lying gently on the highland, the city of Clusone, an orange flag of the Italian Touring Club, is proposed as a land for rediscovering ancient recipes and tasting MielGotto, the famous ice cream.
Free time to visit the historical center, admire the Macrabre Dance and the ancient Planetary Clock, famous all over Europe. Mielgot ice cream tasting at an artisan ice cream parlor (made with barbed corn cornmeal cookies and local honey). Cooking lessons to learn how to prepare typical Val Seriana ravioli: the “Scarpinocc de Par” (tasty ravioli in the form of old cloth shoes worn after work, from which they got their name, filled with bread and spices in a sauce made with melted butter, sage and grated cheese,). Dinner with a selection of typical products including the Scarpinocc made together with the chef.
