Guests must use the services according to law, morals, good habits and public order, as reported in the present General Terms and/or Conditions. As a consequence, it is forbidden to use the services with illicit goals or effects, detrimental to the rights and/or interests of third parties or who can somehow receive damage to the services of the Grand Hotel del Parco and/or to its image.
To avoid being charged for the reserved night (including taxes with exception for the tourist tax), reservations must be cancelled by 18.00 of the day preceding arrival.
To avoid being charged in case of anticipated departure the cancellation must be made by 18.00 of the day preceding departure.
In case of:
– cancellation made after 18:00 of the day preceding arrival;
– failure to show up;
– anticipated departure not communicated by 18:00 of the preceding day;
You will be charged the total price of the room including taxes (excluding the tourist tax).
The above-mentioned terms could vary when reserving through on-line sites or if you use special offers, packages and pre-paid reservations. To avoid misunderstandings, we advise you to always control the reservation confirmation.
In case of non-refundable reservations, the entire stay will be charged at the moment of reservation and the cancellation and the relative refund will not be honoured in any way.
To make a reservation, you must always provide the credit card information that has credit for the total amount of the stay that will be pre-authorized to guarantee the reservation itself.
Reservations made with credit cards that are not valid – therefore not pre-authorizable – will automatically be considered null.
In absence of a credit card, subject to hotel confirmation, the amount of the entire stay must be paid at check-in.
In order to preserve the quality of the areas conceded for use, all guests must take care of them during the stay and they must be left in order at departure and returned in the same state as they were found. On the contrary, guests will be charged extra equal to the cost of extraordinary room cleaning, besides eventual damage due to indelible stains on surfaces (chaise, arm chairs, bed spreads, walls) etc…
The room is available from 14:00 on the day of arrival. The reception is open 24 hours a day, therefore there are no problems with late arrivals.
The rooms must be left free by 10:00 on the departure day.
Eventual requests for anticipated check-in and/or later check-out will be confirmed by the hotel after verification of availability and communication of the relative additional charge.
Guests must be at least 18 years old and provide a valid identification document (passport, identity card or driver’s license). All minor guests must be accompanied by their parents and have an identity card.
Only registered guests are allowed in the rooms and the other areas of the hotel. Visits by third parties in the room are not allowed. Guests or visitors are allowed only upon specific request, after receiving the hotel’s approval.
The hotel reserves the right to ask guests and/or third parties to leave the hotel room or areas, if they don’t respect the rules, or behave adequately.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to those who during their stay damage or threaten to damage the hotel property and objects; or cause public disturbance.
The hotel can limit the number of people who can occupy a particular bedroom and allow only registered guests to enter.
At the moment of check-in, the number of people must correspond to the number indicated on the reservation. Otherwise, the original price of the reserved room will be subject to increase according to the type of room necessary. In case of less people with respect to those indicated at the moment of reservation, the room rate will remain the same.
The hotel parking lot is not guarded. In case of damage to vehicles or breaking in and theft, the hotel is not responsible.
Baggage deposit is available for guests at the reception. The service is free. The baggage may be kept for 24 hours maximum. The hotel will not be held responsible for baggage left in deposit for more than 24 hours.
Lost and found, damage to and theft of personal objects
Please be informed that the Hotel Management is not responsible for unattended objects in the room. They must be placed in the provided safe.
The Management reserves the right to charge for missing or damaged objects from the room.
The magnetic card key for the room and eventual electrical plug adapters lent to the guest must be returned at the moment of departure, otherwise they will be charged at the cost of € 5.00 each.
Pick up of forgotten objects in the room is up to the guest.
Pets, even small sized ones, are not allowed in the hotel.
Smoking is not allowed in the rooms or the public areas of the hotel.
All children under 2 years old stay free if they sleep in the bed with their parents.
Additional charges for children over 2 years old will be communicated at the moment of reservation request.
Eventual cribs for children must be requested at least 24 hours before arrival date.
Handicap rooms are available and must be reserved in advance. For further information, please contact the hotel directly.
The service is not included in the room rate. For cost and reservations, we ask you to view the “Transfers by private car” section.
The rates are for one room for one night and include services and taxes.
The tourist tax is not included in the room rate. The price is € 3.00 per person per night.
Children under 16 years old are exempt from payment.
